Common Questions

Where can I buy EKO Compost? EKO Compost is available in 1.5 cubic feet bags at most independent nurseries, Ace Hardware, and The Home Depot.

Can I buy it in bulk? Yes, it can be bought in 1 cubic yard increments from the plants in Missoula, Lewiston, and Maui. Call the local plant phone numbers for pricing and delivery costs.

What is it made of? EKO Compost is made from green and brown wood products (leaves, limbs, lawn clippings, wood chips, Christmas trees) and biosolids. They're composted over a 9 to 12 month process decomposing these feedstocks into a cured compost with an earthy aroma.

How much of it do I need? It's all dependent upon your application. EKO has available a "compost growing guide" free for the asking. Please email us your name and address and will send one to you.
